What it measures

The RSPA describes four aspects of competing: where an athlete draws competitive energy, how they process a mistake, how they make decisions in motion, and what actually drives them. The result is a competitive profile — a description of tendencies, not a score of ability or worth.

Scope

5R supports competitive-performance coaching and development. The RSPA is not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. It is not a selection tool, and it should never be used to cut, rank, or exclude an athlete.

Receiving an assessment

Assessments are only issued by a licensed 5R practitioner. If you were sent a link, open it directly — it is single-use and tied to you. There is no public sign-up for the RSPA.
